Refund Requests
All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. Please ensure you provide your order number to facilitate the processing of your request.

Return Conditions
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our pet beds and toys are not eligible for unconditional returns or exchanges. You can only request a refund under the following circumstances:

The product has manufacturing defects or quality issues.
The wrong product was sent, and it does not match the product you ordered.
Return Process
If your request meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team, providing your order number and reason for the refund.

Return the product according to the provided instructions, ensuring the product remains in good condition and in its original packaging.

Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the refund conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Since our return policy only covers quality issues, in normal circumstances, the shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer. If the return is due to our error (e.g., sending the wrong product), we will cover the shipping costs.
